The Attorney General's Office is seeking a highly motivated individual with a commitment to public service to serve as a prosecutor in the Gaming Enforcement Division within the Criminal Bureau, Springfield, MA.
Requirements
- Law school graduate and member of the Massachusetts bar.
- At least two (2) years of litigation and trial experience as an attorney, or one (1) year of criminal prosecution experience.
- Willing to learn, eager to be challenged, and comfortable appearing in court.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and ethical, with the ability to exercise sound judgment in decision-making.
- A valid Massachusetts driver's license is required and ability to travel anywhere in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts to support investigations and litigation.
