Job Description
The Hampden District Attorney's Office is seeking an Assistant District Attorney to prosecute criminal cases in primary and jury sessions of the District Court and the Juvenile Court in Hampden County.
Requirements
- Law school graduates (Juris Doctorate Degree)
- Applicants with SJC Rule 3:03 certification
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Outlook)
- Familiarity with and adherence to the Massachusetts Rules of Professional Conduct
- Ability to participate in trainings relevant to Office functions
- Professional interaction with the public, judicial, law enforcement personnel, and office staff
