The Communication Content Creator has a diverse range of duties with the central objective of conveying the goals and work of the OSA to external audiences. The ideal candidate will be able to conceptualize and produce engaging content for various social media platforms, collaborate with the Director of Communications, and develop high-level content strategies that align with the agency's goals and the community's interests.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with at least three years of progressively responsible experience in communications, public relations, public affairs, community relations or a related field
- Experience in interactive/digital media communications, including, but not limited to, web design and content management, social media and video editing
- Experience in advanced technical audio and visual equipment
- Consistent drive and ability to take ideas from vision to implementation
- Exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal communication and listening skills, including but not limited to the ability to communicate persuasively and dynamically about the OSA and its programs
