Contextualized ESOL Career Skills Instructor(s) (Part-Time)

Northern Essex Community College is seeking part-time instructors to teach Contextualized ESOL Career Skills courses. The Instructor will facilitate a contextualized, competency-based approach to teaching and encourage students to be active participants in their own learning.

Requirements

• Associate's degree or higher from an accredited College or University
• Experience in subject area of expertise
• A minimum of one year of teaching or training adult learners
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication and presentation skills
• The ability to establish a rapport with students and maintain an environment that supports learning and promotes student retention
• Must be highly organized and detail-oriented
• Must be able to teach In-person/remote
