Job Description
The Correctional Officer II is responsible for maintaining order and security in a correctional institution, supervising inmates, and performing related work. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, successful completion of an extensive personal interview and background check, and the ability to qualify in all phases of testing.
Requirements
- 19 years of age or older
- High School diploma or GED certificate
- Ability to qualify in all phases of testing (written, medical, physical, and psychological)
- Regular and predictable work attendance
