Job Description
The Massachusetts Department of Public Utilities (DPU) seeks to hire a Counsel II to work in the DPU's Legal Division. The Counsel II will serve as a Hearing Officer and work on teams overseeing the electric power, natural gas, and water industries. The Counsel II will develop legal skills and facilitate the energy transition in Massachusetts.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree
- Admission to the Massachusetts Bar
- At least three years of full-time, or equivalent part-time, professional experience in the practice of law
