Job Description
The Infrastructure Systems Analyst is a key member of the Infrastructure Team, responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of the college's core technology infrastructure.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in infrastructure systems administration and support
- Proficiency in networking, virtualization, cloud services, and storage technologies
- Familiarity with firewalls, VoIP systems, and security systems integration
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings and weekends as required
- Ability to routinely lift and carry equipment weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to pass additional background check required by CJIS
