Job Description
The Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs seeks a Senior Energy Siting Analyst to review major energy facilities, lead key siting and permitting decisions, and advise on emerging technologies.
Requirements
- Advising members of the Siting Division and senior government officials on engineering and technical matters
- Investigating and exploring emerging technologies, and advising on how they affect the siting process
- Drafting key sections of agency decisions and work products
- Reviewing technical aspects of energy facilities project proposals
- Analyzing the need for technical regulations and the development of technical policy
