Job Description
The Attorney General is looking for a highly motivated attorney with extensive prosecutorial experience to handle narcotics and firearms investigations and cases within the Enterprise & Major Crimes Division. The candidate will handle a large caseload of primarily narcotics and firearms-related matters from investigation through sentencing.
Requirements
- Member of the Massachusetts bar or eligible for admission within one year
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in state criminal practice
- Ability to handle a large and advanced caseload with substantial Superior Court experience
- Background in handling narcotics and firearm related investigations and prosecution
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license
- Ability to travel anywhere in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
