Condo Maintenance Service Technician

Perform repair and maintenance tasks, respond to guest calls and in-house work orders in a timely and friendly manner. Four-day workweek, good driving record required.

Requirements

• Interacts directly with resort guest and in-house staff
• General knowledge in troubleshooting, testing, repairing, and general maintenance (preferred)
• Must be capable of lifting up to 100 lbs.
• Ability to established and maintain effective relationship with employees, supervisors and general public.
• Good driving record (required)
