The Content Lead serves as both a strategic brand storyteller and a senior individual contributor responsible for shaping how Massanutten Resort communicates across all guest touchpoints.
Requirements
- 5+ years in brand content, copywriting, or content strategy
- Experience operating as a senior individual contributor within a marketing or brand team
- Strong portfolio demonstrating both brand storytelling and performance-driven copy
- Deep understanding of conversion messaging and digital user behavior
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms, CMS environments, project management tools (e.g., Asana or similar)
- Experience writing for multi-channel campaigns and hospitality, travel, lifestyle, or experiential brands
- Comfort leveraging AI tools while maintaining brand standards and editorial quality
- Basic knowledge of usage rights and legal compliance for written content
- Experience maintaining messaging templates and libraries to improve efficiency
