Job Description
We are looking for an experienced architect with a focus on multi-unit residential building projects, planning and implementing projects from design to execution planning, working closely with our construction management and project development team.
Requirements
- Completed studies in architecture or engineering
- Several years of professional experience in multi-unit residential building or comparable projects
- Secure handling of CAD programs (ideally Cascados or similar)
- Knowledge of relevant building regulations, HOAI and VOB
- High technical understanding and pronounced sense of responsibility
