Associate New Business Manager

Requirements

• Design, plan, and implement programs, policies, and procedures for the New Business team
• Maintain extensive knowledge of department policies and procedures, regulatory environment, and business understanding
• Develop team objectives and ensure performance targets are met or exceeded
• Act as liaison for various internal and external departments
• Manage internal controls to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality of work
• Perform other duties as assigned
