Job Description
MassMutual India seeks a Corp Tech/DE&A-CFO Business Analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or Actuarial Science, with 10+ years of experience in BSA or similar roles in data analytics or technology projects, and 5+ years of domain experience in asset management, investment management, insurance, or financial services.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or Actuarial Science.
- 10+ years of experience as a BSA or similar role in data analytics or technology projects.
- 5+ years of domain experience in asset management, investment management, insurance, or financial services.
- Familiarity with Investment Operations concepts such as Critical Data Elements (CDEs), data traps, and reconciliation workflows.
- Working knowledge of data engineering principles: ETL/ELT, data lakes, and data warehousing.
- Proficiency in BI and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, MicroStrategy, and SQL.
- Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with cross-functional delivery teams.
