Job Description
MassMutual India is seeking a Sr. Associate - RPA Support UI Path to join their team in Hyderabad, India. The successful candidate will have excellent troubleshooting skills, analytical thinking, and strong teamwork skills. They will be responsible for monitoring RPA bots, providing user support, and collaborating with IT and business teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent job experience in Computer Science or another IT-related field
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in IT application development/application support
- Hands-on experience supporting 30+ bots in UiPath is required
- Excellent knowledge in UiPath ReFramework, Dispatcher/Performer models
- Experience working with UiPath support in the installation of UiPath in HA configuration
- Experience establishing support, monitoring processes and best practices
