We are looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Master It Behavior Therapy, an ABA therapy agency with decades of experience.

Requirements

• Conduct assessments and design treatment plans
• Formulate treatment plans sensitive to clients' needs
• Administer treatment and tailor interventions
• Provide direct supervision and training to behavior technicians
• Complete documentation and provide necessary information to support insurance requirements
• Analyze data and implement data-driven program changes
• Collaborate with parents to incorporate individualized goals into daily routines
