Associate Attorney (Elder Law, Trusts & Estates) - Fairfield County, CT

A highly respected, full-service law firm is seeking a skilled Associate Attorney to join their premier Elder Law and Trusts & Estates Practice Group, with a salary of $140,000 – $190,000 annually.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant legal experience, specifically in trusts, estates, and elder law.
• Bar Admissions: Must be admitted to practice and in good standing in both Connecticut and New York.
• Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited school; LLM is strongly preferred.
• Technical Skills: Deep familiarity with federal/state tax laws and trust administration procedures.
• Mobility: Ability to work primarily from the Fairfield County, CT office with occasional travel to the Essex County, NJ office.
