• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative and understand urgency
• Proficiency with Word and Outlook and the ability to learn our easy to navigate ATS
• Previous experience interviewing (in any capacity) is helpful
