Master-Works is seeking a Senior Data Governance Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to develop, implement, and refine data governance policies and procedures, ensuring the integrity, security, and compliance of our data assets across the organization.

Requirements

• Lead the design and implementation of data governance frameworks, standards, and best practices in alignment with industry regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish data stewardship roles and responsibilities, promoting a culture of accountability and data literacy.
• Assess and enhance current data governance processes, addressing gaps and fostering continuous improvement.
• Conduct data quality assessments and audits, ensuring adherence to governance policies and identifying remediation actions as needed.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders on the importance of effective data governance, helping them understand their roles in data management.
