Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis

Mastercard is seeking an Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis to support the month end close process and provide actionable insights through advanced analytics. The role is responsible for preparing and executing Europe Region's Contra Revenue and collaborating with stakeholders to drive strategic direction.

Requirements

• Support the month end close process through analysis of contra variances against budget, forecasts, and prior year actuals.
• Interact with country finance business partners and Global MWP Planners to identify and execute annual plan/budget and forecast.
• Maintain and improve the current Contra Forecast model to enhance seamless tracking and analysis of Europe's Contra.
• Support analysis of key Global, MWP, and Pan-Europe deals and build performance tracking mechanisms.
• Identify and communicate revenue risks and opportunities to increase customer value and revenue growth.
• Oversee the identification of market trends, competitive positioning, and emerging opportunities to shape strategic direction.
• Partner with stakeholders to drive the execution of Forecasts and budget, ensuring alignment across functions.
