Associate Managing Consultant, Advisors & Consulting Services

Mastercard is seeking an Associate Managing Consultant to join their Advisors & Consulting Services team. The role will involve managing deliverable development and workstreams on projects across various industries, contributing to and developing strategies and programs for clients, and managing working relationships with client managers. The successful candidate will have a strong analytical background, experience coaching and managing teams, and expertise in corporate strategy, business intelligence, or product management.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree with work experience in consulting, corporate strategy, business intelligence, business line management, or product management
• Experience coaching and managing teams across multiple consulting engagements
• Experience managing key client relationships
• Logical, structured thinking, and affinity for numerical analysis
• Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
• Ability to communicate effectively in Ukrainian and in English
