Mastercard is seeking an Associate Managing Consultant, Program Management, to join its Advisors & Consulting Services team. The successful candidate will manage multiple projects, provide efficient and effective coordination, and ensure effective identification of risks and pro-active solutioning. They will work with a diverse global customer base across industries, from banking and payments to retail and restaurants.

• Manage multiple projects within a portfolio
• Provide efficient and effective coordination of complex activities
• Ensure effective identification of risks and pro-active solutioning
• Manage deliverable development and workstreams on multiple large, complex high-value projects
• Utilize proven, accredited project and change management methodologies and techniques
• Report on issues, risks, progress, and timelines
• Manage working relationship with client managers
• Develop sound business recommendations and deliver effective client presentations
• Plan, organize, and structure own work and that of junior project team members
• Lead team and external meetings, and lead or co-lead project management
• Contribute to the firm's intellectual capital and solution development
