Mastercard is seeking an experienced lawyer to support the global Optimization product team, collaborating with the business to bring to market and scale new product and service offerings, identifying and analyzing relevant issues, and providing detailed legal advice on product development, commercial and contractual matters.
Requirements
- 4+ years of solid technology, commercial transactions, complex negotiations, and/or payments experience
- Qualified lawyer with a solid academic and training background, licensed to practice in the relevant jurisdiction in which the job is located
- Ability to analyze and identify core legal issues, skilled at explaining technical problems succinctly and clearly
- Working knowledge of data privacy, regulatory, and intellectual property issues and how they relate to emerging technology
