Counsel - Privacy and Data Protection Services in Mastercard's Global Business Solutions Center (GBSC) Legal Services organization, supporting Mastercard's integrated, global approach to privacy and data protection laws.

Requirements

• Develop and apply a strong understanding of global privacy and data protection laws
• Structure, draft, review and negotiate data privacy terms in client related agreements
• Review, negotiate, and advise on data protection and data provider terms in services agreements and standalone data protection agreements
• Support transition process from product privacy counsel
• Ensure all data protection agreements are prepared, revised, and executed
• Identify and escalate privacy risks, deviations, or non standard positions
• Document negotiation outcomes, rationale, and approvals
• Deliver exceptional customer service in line with GBSC standards
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
