Director, AI & Data Strategy - Programme Manager / Solution Architect for Privacy Enhancing Technologies. Mastercard seeks a Director to operate at the intersection of AI engineering, privacy, governance, and public sector enablement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 8-12 years of experience in data, analytics, AI, or platform engineering roles
• 3-5 years in a Solution or Technical Architect capacity
• Strong experience delivering complex AI, data, or platform solutions in real world production environments
• Demonstrated ability to design solutions across multiple organizations and heterogeneous infrastructure environments
• Proven ability to independently identify high-value use cases and translate ambiguous problem statements into well-scoped, executable architecture proposals
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Comfort operating in ambiguous, emerging technology, or regulated contexts where requirements evolve
• Long term work eligibility for Singapore
