Mastercard is seeking a Director, Consumer Marketing to lead integrated marketing and comms across Consumer Marketing, B2B initiatives, Digital & Social, and Media channel strategies to drive brand preference, engagement, and usage in the Philippines market.
Requirements
- Develop and execute annual Country marketing plans and KPIs for the Philippines.
- Engage internal stakeholders to align on B2C strategy, consumer value propositions, and business objectives.
- Partner with Accounts, Merchant, and cross-functional teams to grow market share and drive consumer activation.
- Apply consumer insights, segmentation, and behavioral data for effective multi-channel targeting.
- Lead digital marketing innovation, optimizing campaigns across mobile, digital platforms, and emerging technologies to drive consumer engagement and conversion.
- Manage social media content strategy, publishing calendar, and always-on consumer engagement across channels.
- Deliver B2B2C with Issuers and Partners using Mastercard marketing assets and toolkits.
- Ensure cohesive messaging and collaboration across global, regional, and local teams to elevate Mastercard’s B2C presence and brand relevance.
