Director, Product Management

Mastercard is seeking a Director, Product Management for its Cross-border Services product portfolio. The ideal candidate will have extensive product management and development experience in the global cross-border payments industry. They will be responsible for product strategy, development, and day-to-day product management of new use cases, and oversee XBS accounts, licenses, billings, credits, and other related solutions.

Requirements

• Define, own, and maintain product strategy of settlement and funding accounts
• Interact with bank providers, Treasury, Network Management, and other cross-functional teams
• Strategize, acquire, and operationalize new payments and e-Money licenses
• Develop business requirements and ensure cross-functional teams understand the business needs
• Perform as a SME and product knowledge leader to support customers and product
