Mastercard is looking for a Go To Market Enablement - Team Lead to drive successful product launches and ensure GTM teams are fully equipped to position, sell, and support new offerings.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, or GTM roles within B2B SaaS or technology.
- 2+ years managing a team
- Proven success in GTM implementation with growth in targeted areas/regions.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills.
- Ability to simplify complex product concepts into clear, actionable messaging.
- Strong influencing and communication skills a must. Prior experience in public speaking is a plus.
- Experience working closely with Product teams on product enhancement and process optimization.
- Strong product knowledge, from offering and provisioning to onboarding, functionalities, and monetization strategies.
- Solid understanding and related experience in full sales cycle.
- Possesses an operational focus/mindset and can work with a lot of moving parts easily.
- Preferred experience in working on complex SaaS products - even better if it is in the personalization eco system
