Junior Technical Project Manager

Junior Technical Project Manager will manage defined workstreams or small projects, often embedded within software development or product teams, and work hands-on with engineers, testers, and product owners to support agile delivery, track progress, manage risks, and ensure outcomes align with client objectives.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate effectively in English and the local office language (if applicable)
• Exposure to financial institutions or consultancy firms
• +2 years of work experience managing IT/software development projects
• Familiarity with agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban
• Ability to oversee projects involving cross-functional teams
• Experience working with clients or internal stakeholders
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Problem-solving oriented and decision-making abilities
• Ability to perform multiple tasks with multiple clients in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, including advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
