Requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and the local office language (if applicable)
- Exposure to financial institutions or consultancy firms
- +2 years of work experience managing IT/software development projects
- Familiarity with agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban
- Ability to oversee projects involving cross-functional teams
- Experience working with clients or internal stakeholders
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Problem-solving oriented and decision-making abilities
- Ability to perform multiple tasks with multiple clients in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, including advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
