We are seeking a Product Manager focused on data analytics to drive actionable insights and decision-making in the organization. The main responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, monitoring and reporting on performance KPIs, and driving data-based culture across the organization.
Requirements
- Proficient in English
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in product management and analytics, ideally with a focus on payments
- Advanced data and analytics capabilities, including Advanced SQL skills, ability to write optimized queries for large data sets, experience creating analytics in Python or equivalent language, strong Excel skills for data manipulation and analysis, and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, PowerBI
- Ability to distill complex concepts and analyses into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
- Experience designing and deploying scalable data pipelines across various tools and ecosystems is a plus
- Knowledge of cross-border payments is a plus
- Proven ability to evolve in a complex matrix environment and to operate with complete independence and autonomy
