Manager, Product Management

Our team at Mastercard is looking for a Manager, Product Management to lead the development and execution of our Installments solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for shaping product design and roadmap decisions, supporting sales opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a comprehensive suite of Installments solutions that allow issuers, fintechs, wallets, and other licensed lenders to provide consumer-centric installments offers.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in product management and business development functions, preferably in Consumer payments domain
• Strong communication and client presentation skills
• Excellent research and analytical skills, with a focus on turning insights into actionable product improvements
• Ability to navigate, influence and gain-buy in from key decision makers and other stakeholders to meet business objectives
