Manager, Software Engineering

Mastercard is seeking a Manager, Software Engineering to implement large scale distributed systems based on reactive architectures. The ideal candidate should have experience in delivering production grade large scale distributed systems, good delivery management and team management experience, and excellent programming experience.

Requirements

• Proven track record in delivering production grade large scale distributed systems
• Good delivery management and team management experience
• Excellent programming experience
• Familiarity with secure coding standards
• Good exposure to advanced design patterns
• Understands internals of operating systems (Windows, Linux)
• Good exposure of implementing products in AWS (and/or) Azure environments
• Experience with event-driven architecture
