Managing Consultant, Advisors & Consulting Services, Deploy

Mastercard is seeking a Managing Consultant, Advisors & Consulting Services, Deploy to manage a portfolio of projects that support a strategy, a strategic change, or initiative with significant impact on the organization. The role requires strong program and change management expertise, as well as essential product and portfolio capability, particularly in cards, payments, or adjacent financial products. The successful candidate will lead client engagements and workstreams for large enterprise-level programs across a range of industries, problem statements, and cultures.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree
• 6+ years of Project Management experience
• 7+ years of Cards Product and Portfolio Management experience
• Exposure to financial institutions, payments, cards and/or consultancies
• Experience coaching and managing teams
• Experience managing key client relationships
• Knowledge of business KPIs, financials, and organizational leadership
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
