Mastercard is looking for a Managing Consultant to lead client engagements across various industries, develop strategies, and own key relationships with mid-level to senior client stakeholders. The role requires a strong background in consulting, corporate strategy, business intelligence, or product management, with experience in team leadership, stakeholder management, and business development. The ideal candidate will have experience generating new knowledge, creating innovative solutions, and managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree
• Work experience in consulting, corporate strategy, business intelligence, business line management, or product management
• Experience coaching and managing teams
• Experience managing key client relationships
• Knowledge of business KPIs, financials, and organizational leadership
• Logical, structured thinking and affinity for numerical analysis
• Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and the local office language
• Eligibility to work in the country where they are applying and for travel visas as required
