Mastercard is seeking a Managing Consultant – Strategy & Transformation to lead client engagements and develop strategies for clients across various industries. The role involves managing teams, creating collaborative environments, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver impactful client presentations and grow team members' roles and skills.
Requirements
- Lead client engagements across a range of industries and problem statements
- Develop strategies and programs for large, regional, and global clients
- Own key relationships with mid-level to senior client stakeholders
- Lead team to creative insights and sound business recommendations
- Provide analytical and day-to-day project delivery team leadership
- Create a collaborative and inclusive environment for all levels
- Collaborate with internal Mastercard stakeholders to scope projects and build intellectual capital
- Provide on-the-job training, coaching, and mentorship to junior consultants
- Manage multiple tasks and clients in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Communicate effectively in English and the local office language
- Travel to client sites on a semi-regular basis
