Principal AI Engineer

Principal AI Engineer responsible for leading the design and operationalization of complex, production-grade agentic systems. Responsible for architecting, designing, developing, and maintaining advanced AI/ML systems, including multi-agent orchestration, tool/function-calling, memory, reflection/self-correction, and autonomy policies. Leads production implementation of agentic AI systems and establishes end-to-end AgentOps/LLMOps practices for agentic systems.

Requirements

• Serve as an established subject matter expert in AI Engineering
• Architect, design, develop, and maintain advanced AI/ML systems
• Lead production implementation of agentic AI systems
• Define and implement safe tool-use patterns
• Establish end-to-end AgentOps/LLMOps practices for agentic systems
• Build and optimize data ingestion, preprocessing, feature/embedding engineering, and retrieval/memory workflows
• Own production observability for agentic systems
• Implement drift detection and performance decay monitoring
• Drive measurable improvements in system effectiveness, safety, and efficiency
• Mentor and grow senior and junior engineers
