Senior Analyst, Risk Management

Mastercard is seeking a Senior Analyst, Risk Management to support the risk management program within the Global Business Services Center (GBSC) HR functions. The role will be responsible for identifying, assessing, mitigating, and monitoring operational risk across the organization.

Requirements

• Knowledge of enterprise risk management frameworks and methodologies
• Experience in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks within functional areas
• Background in supporting a control validation strategy
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Ability to handle tasks with minimal supervision
