Senior Counsel - Commercial and New Payment Flows - Acceptance

We are seeking an experienced attorney to provide strategic support to our global Commercial and New Payment Flows business, focusing on new products and services for commercial card acceptance.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with a solid academic and training background
• Minimum of 5 years of experience
• At least 2 years of in-house work experience
• Familiarity of law/regulation in the banking, remittance and payments space
• Licensed to practice in the relevant jurisdiction
• Complex transactional legal experience at a reputable law firm or as an in-house counsel
