Senior Product Manager - Technical

Mastercard is seeking a Senior Product Manager - Technical to develop inspiring platform/product visions and work with Technical Program Managers, Developers, UX designers, and internal customers to define the details behind business requirements.

Requirements

• Relevant experience on IT projects including requirements gathering and relationship building with business clients
• Knowledge of Java, design patterns, debugging, SQL querying
• Able to lead project teams, collaborate with business partners, vendor/ consulting organizations and peer level professionals from other IT disciplines
• Able to mentor/grow less experienced team members
• Experienced with system testing and basic debugging techniques
• High-energy, detail-oriented and proactive with the ability to function under pressure in a collaborative (Agile) environment
• High degree of initiative and self-motivation with a willingness and ability to learn and take on challenging opportunities
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong relationship, collaborative and organization skills
• Nice to have that will set you apart – proven experience in developing cloud ready microservices
