Mastercard is looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to define/implement/operate a high performing TPM organization with a focus on End-to-End Service Delivery, road mapping, dependency and risk management, capacity planning, and stakeholder communications. This role will be the face of SD organization and help mature internal working relationships with the Commercial Solutions organization and implement an End-to-End operating model, using data to drive improved delivery and to effectively provide oversight and delivery against our prioritized commitments.
Requirements
- BS in engineering, computer science, or related discipline equivalent
- Technical program delivery experience including time developing and testing software
- Proven track record in technical program management, with hand on experience in a leadership role
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technical projects and programs, with both Product and Engineering driven initiatives
- Experience with tools such as Aha, Jira, Rally/ALM, Confluence, Tableau, and DOMO
- Proven track record of data driven decision making and applying continuous improvement methodologies across teams
- Experience in an Agile environment and delivery methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive consensus across cross-functional teams
- Experience leading and developing high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
