Staffing Manager

The Staffing Manager role is responsible for working closely with the A&CS Cluster leaders, PMs, and squad leads to ensure the Client Services organization is effectively executing against our strategy and driving engagement within our teams. The role requires a strong understanding of our business and a focus on people well-being and development.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of overall career experience, preferably in professional services industry
• Strong business acumen and understanding of business drivers to optimize resource utilization numbers
• Agile environment with short sprints, changing brief, and ad-hoc teams
• Project management skills to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Data and metrics orientation to aggregate utilization indicators, track KPIs, and leverage tools for insights
