Staffing Senior Analyst, Advisors Client Services

Mastercard is hiring a Staffing Senior Analyst to work with the Advisors & Client Services organization to execute strategy and drive engagement within the team. The role involves process staffing needs, managing resources, and optimizing resource utilization across clusters and markets.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of overall career experience, preferably in professional services industry
• Business acumen and good understanding of business drivers to optimize resource utilization numbers
• Strong interest in people well-being and development
• Agile environment experience with short sprints and changing brief
• Project Manager skills to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Team Player with ability to work effectively as an individual contributor within a global staffing team
• Data & Metrics Orientation with ability to aggregate utilization indicators, track KPIs, and leverage tools for insights
