Technical Project Manager

Mastercard is seeking a Technical Project Manager to join its Advisors & Consulting Services team. The role requires a high degree of leadership and coordination across cross-functional teams, with a focus on delivering complex projects and driving client outcomes. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in software delivery and a proven track record of driving client value through strong delivery leadership and high-performing teams.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and the local office language
• Exposure to financial institutions or consultancy firms
• +5 years of work experience leading IT/software development projects or programs
• Expertise with agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban
• Ability to oversee complex projects involving cross-functional teams
• Experience managing clients and stakeholders
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to perform multiple tasks with multiple clients in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, including Microsoft Project
• Eligibility to work in the Dominican Republic and apply for travel visas as required
