Accounts Executive

Manage full set of accounts, process vendor invoices and customer billings, and perform bank reconciliations. Liaise with suppliers and internal departments for payment and billing queries.

Requirements

• Manage full set of accounts with focus on AP & AR for automotive sales, parts, and servicing.
• Process vendor invoices, customer billings, and workshop-related transactions.
• Monitor receivables from fleet clients, walk-in customers, and leasing partners.
• Perform bank reconciliations and support monthly closing activities.
• Prepare financial reports and assist with audit, tax, and GST submissions.
• Liaise with suppliers, dealerships, and internal service departments for payment and billing queries.
• Maintain accurate records for vehicle-related purchases, inventory costs, and service income.
• Assist in budgeting, cost tracking, and other finance admin tasks as needed.
