The Communications & Content Manager will serve as a dedicated content resource for one of our higher education partners. In this client-facing role, you will help shape and express the university’s voice across key written channels, with a strong focus on email marketing, content sequencing, and storytelling that inspires action.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of professional copywriting, content marketing, or related experience
- Demonstrated experience writing high-performing email campaigns and nurture sequences
- Strong understanding of conversion-focused messaging and content journeys
- Exceptional written communication skills with careful attention to clarity and tone
- Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively across teams
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to optimize messaging
