Events Coordinator

Masterworks is a fintech platform that allows anyone to invest in SEC-qualified shares of multi-million dollar paintings. As an Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the planning and execution of our live and virtual events program, ensuring their successful delivery.

Requirements

• Manage and maintain the events calendar, tracking all events in-person & virtual
• Logistical Support – own the coordination of event logistics, bookings, database administration, and internal and external event communications
• Prospect potential venues and speakers for future events in the target cities and webinars
• Prepare event collateral – notify when to draft, fact-check event details, manage invitation list and RSVPs
• Own post event logistics & debriefs.
