Job Description
Mastery Schools, a public charter network in Philadelphia and Camden, is seeking an Assistant Principal of Instruction (API) to inspire and empower educators. The API will lead a team, guide their instructional practices, monitor student performance, and contribute to a positive, student-centered learning environment. This is a full-time position for the 2026-27 school year, with opportunities for API roles in ELA, K-2nd/Early Elementary, or STEM.
