Job Description
Mastery Schools is seeking a High School Science Teacher to join their team. The successful candidate will have a passion for teaching science and a commitment to continuous improvement. The teacher will work with 9th-12th grade students and be responsible for implementing rigorous and appropriate lesson plans, assessing student progress, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure student mastery of standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required with a record of personal, professional, and/or academic achievement
- Teacher certification - completed or in process
- Demonstrated expertise in subject area
- Outstanding instructional skills driven by data and delivered through rigorous and engaging strategies
