Network Director of School Operations

Mastery Schools is seeking a Network Director of School Operations to oversee the school operations program across multiple Mastery Schools. The Director will provide strategic and tactical coaching to Assistant Principals of Operations, collaborate with central office teams, and ensure operational systems are well-designed, consistently executed, and continuously improved.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a diverse group of people
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously
• Ability to foster a cooperative work environment while holding responsible parties accountable
• Proficient with computers, various software programs, and other technology
• Knowledge of public education and charter schools is highly desirable
• Strong ability to coach staff and direct reports to improve skills and effectiveness
• Ability to demonstrate the ability to adjust strategies and systems in response to real-time data, stakeholder feedback, and evolving school needs to drive continuous improvement
• Bilingual - Spanish preferred
