- Manage work activities within the Caliper engineering department
- Plan and direct the engineering design projects
- Ensure the Caliper engineering department has the latest software upgrades
- Lead APQP, drawing, and component review
- Capture opportunity via customer feedback, warranty analysis, and competitive benchmarking
